Rather than providing the typical break room facilities, this design includes several upscale amenities. A built-in hot/cold serving line, full kitchen with illuminated pantry, and extensive beverage selection ensure that physicians are cared for regardless of their shift hours. A large seating area provides caregivers with options during their break: whether they’re dining independently or collaborating with team members, the furniture can be rearranged easily to accommodate their needs. Beyond the main dining area, a lounge space includes multiple computer stations for quiet work, as well as seating and massage chairs to encourage relaxation.

Throughout the space, Incline sought an elevated finished design reminiscent of a luxury airport lounge. Tile finishes and custom millwork were thoroughly coordinated with the kitchen equipment in order to provide a clean aesthetic. Carefully selected lighting fixtures provide multiple levels of illumination while also functioning as art pieces. The vaulted ceiling centerpiece not only provides visual interest; it also improves the acoustic performance of the dining area to encourage a calming environment.
