Granger Medical’s flagship clinic serves as an anchor in the rejuvenated Fairbourne District by providing primary and specialist care, as well as pharmacy, imaging, and physical therapy services. Granger aims to attract new patients by evolving its care model, and this new building reflects the desire of leadership to rethink healthcare space design.

In order to be able to accommodate such a wide array of healthcare services and also allow for growth, the design team diligently prototyped key care spaces: exam rooms, procedure rooms, and staff work areas. This effort resulted in standardized room layouts that could meet the needs of any provider, which in turn allows for better flexibility and room optimization. Clinic room counts can ebb and flow with population demand, and room flexibility allows for optimized provider scheduling.
